The typical flow style for our sessions is Hatha yoga, meaning that we move through poses slowly holding for longer periods of time. The night sessions have a focus on stress relief and relaxation for better sleep and recovery. The morning and Saturday sessions will include balance, stability, and core engagement.
All of our yoga classes offer beginner to intermediate options for poses. We have a variety of props to give extra support in some poses. You do not have to have any yoga experience before joining. Come try a class with us!
