Each yoga session has a focus on increasing flexibility, while also working on breath work, mindfulness, and relaxation.
This class focuses on the Olympic lifts of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. These coach led classes use complexes and drills to improve technique, as well as prepare lifters for rules and regulations seen in Olympic Weightlifting meets. Our weightlifting team competes locally and at the national and world level.
Following the same class timeline as CrossFit and same methodology, removing high skill barbell movements with a larger focus on high repetition and functional movements. Pr4m can be great for a beginner, or someone interested in participating in CrossFit without the bias of strength training.
Conditioning Club can be a separate membership or add on service to CrossFit, offering 6 coach led classes throughout the week as well as daily programming. This 30 minute class focuses on cardio only, including the rower, bike, ski erg, and running, varying intervals, tempo and long bouts daily, and instruction on technique for more efficiency.
If interested in a one on one experience or feel you may not be ready to jump into class, these sessions are designed to meet your individual needs.
