Forging the Warrior

A strength and conditioning program applicable to all levels of athletes, non-competitors and competitors alike. It builds strong, successful athletes in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, and traditional sport, and more importantly strong, successful athletes in life.

Yoga

Each yoga session has a focus on increasing flexibility, while also working on breath work, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Nutrition Coaching

Our certified Nutrition Coaches offer a personalized approach to guiding individuals toward their health and fitness goals by optimizing their diet. It involves education, accountability, and habit-building strategies tailored to the person’s lifestyle, goals, and preferences. A nutrition coach helps clients understand the fundamentals of nutrition, make sustainable dietary changes, and develop long-term healthy habits.

If interested in a one on one experience or feel you may not be ready to jump into class, these sessions are designed to meet your individual needs.

PR4M

Following the same class timeline as CrossFit and same methodology, removing high skill barbell movements with a larger focus on high repetition and functional movements. Pr4m can be great for a beginner, or someone interested in participating in CrossFit without the bias of strength training.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate fitness program designed to help elementary-aged children develop a love for movement, sports, and overall health! Our program focuses on functional movements, gymnastics, teamwork, and coordination in a safe and supportive environment.

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for middle school athletes to improve their balance, coordination, agility, strength, and overall fitness. It provides a fun, structured, and safe environment where young athletes can develop foundational movement patterns that will help them excel in any sport.

HYROX at Crucible – How It Works & How to Join
We’re excited to introduce HYROX at Crucible! Initially, HYROX will run as a separate class with its own programming and dedicated coach, requiring a separate membership from general CrossFit.
