Using core CrossFit methodology and Forging the Warrior Programming each CrossFit class is structured to have a warmup, strength movement or skill practice, and a metcon (metabolic conditioning).
All classes are coach led and instruction based to guide athletes through proper mechanics, movement modifications, and scaling.
Saturday class at 10am (no appointment necessary) is open to anyone for 1 free trial and no commitment

Fundamentals is a one time class to review basic CrossFit moves and prepare you for your first month of CrossFit. This class is required for all new members and a great way to introduce you to our daily class structure! No experience is necessary! This class is designed to get everyone ready to move!
