How to Get Started

The first step is to come in and check out the WOD (Workout Of the Day). It's important that Crucible is a good fit for you. We ask that anyone who is interested in Crucible to stop by and watch the WOD. You can get a feel for how we run the sessions, how we coach, the vibe of the place, and you'll get a chance to talk to other members.

If after watching the WOD you feel like Crucible is the right place for you, contact us to set up for two fundamental sessions. These fundamental sessions are held on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 6:30pm and they are by appointment basis only. The purpose of these sessions are to assess the fitness of each members, assess any injuries, weaknesses or limitations, to go over your goals and expectations as well as teaching you proper forms of exercises. The cost for the sessions is $120 which also covers the first month membership. Any additional information you can call (904) 412-8291 or send us a message using the form to the right.

*If you're coming from another CrossFit gym, you're not required to take the fundamental sessions.

About Crucible

We are a CrossFit dedicated gym in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide a high-intensity core strength and conditioning program that focuses on all 10 components of optimal physical fitness: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
